Sutton Capital Holdings invested $1MM in a Seed Convertible Note round in 2020 with Mansion Group Inc. and another $1.5MM over the next 5 years because we believe that single-family real estate is more than an investment vehicle, it’s a core component of happiness. Mansion Group is building a platform for allowing consumers to have access to beautiful, professionally designed, homes at attainable prices. By combining a home operating system they developed called “Mansion OS” to keep property management and maintenance costs down while enabling a better experience for homeowners and renters, Mansion enables every one of its members to live their own luxury.
